If you are not completely satisfied with your SUDZZfx products, we accept returns within 15 days from the time of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Only items purchased from sudzzfx.com are eligible for a return. Products purchased from our retail/salon partners should be returned to the retailer/salon of purchase. Any promotional product(s) or gift must accompany the return to receive a full refund to the payment method used on sudzzfx.com.
In order for your return to be processed, items must be unopened or lightly used. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card only. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or improperly shipped. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
